1. What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Which side of your MEPS run bring your total up? Which bring it down? If you are honest with yourself, MEPS can be a powerful tool to inspire action, and to jump start you on the journey to complete your goals.

2. Similar to a 10k run, a MEPS run pushes you to strive for the ultimate goal of 10,000.

3. Your average is also represented on the home page with a triangle that represents your "shape" to show a visual representation of your progress.

4. This application automates this process for you, and keeps track of every MEPS run that you record.

5. Use this number as a motivator for self improvement and self introspection.

6. This number is the result of your MEPS run.

7. A lifetime average is kept and displayed on the home page to give you a sense of where you are now, and how you can improve.

8. Strive for self improvement, and strive for balance.

9. Rate the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of your life on a scale of 0 to 10.

10. When they are multiplied together, you will get a number between 0 and 10,000.
