1. and his team developed the new curriculum with feedback and input from hundreds of Gracie Barra Black Belt’s including Marcio Feitosa, Ricardo Almeida, Nelson Monteiro, Vinícius “Draculino”, José “Radiola”, Eduardo de Lima, Nao Takigawa, Carlos Liberi, Marcelo Rezende, Aparecido Bill, Braulio Estima, Romulo Barral and many others.

2. Marcio Feitosa is a 4th degree BJJ Black Belt, an 8 time World Championship finalist, winning 3 gold and 5 silver medals, and a 6 time Pan American Champion.

3. The Gracie Barra Fundamentals Curriculum 2.0 helps students stay connected to their Jiu-Jitsu training.

4. Gracie Barra teamed up with Mobile Black Belt to produce the series.

5. The Gracie Barra Fundamentals app consists of 16 weeks of training that are divided into 4 series.

6. Ricardo Almeida is a veteran of the UFC and Pride Fighting Championship and is a 3rd degree BJJ Black Belt.

7. Each technique is filmed from a variety of angles, in slow motion and real time and Marcio’s voice over explains the key points of each technique.

8. These lessons are intended to give the beginner a solid foundation in the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense.

9. Each series contains 4 weeks of lessons that are now consolidated into one In-App purchase.

10. The techniques are available on the iTunes App Store, for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
