1. Growing up overweight during childhood and throughout my teenage years, I thought genetics played a factor on why I couldn’t achieve physical & mental peak fitness.

2. With my expertise in fitness and nutrition, I’m able to increase strength to levels I never thought possible and at the same time have fun and learn valuable information.

3. So, in an attempt to do better and learn more about fitness I turned to Google, Youtube and Instagram thinking that the self-taught approach would be the way to go.

5. In addition, it wasn’t able to teach me the proper forms and the necessary resting periods between sets.

6. After this realization, I decided to turn to formal training and seek the help of a personal trainer.

7. Meanwhile, health and fitness has become a life style change.

8. I am one of Silicon Valley’s Finest Fitness Professionals.

9. I figured that if I just pushed myself a little harder, have a little patience and give myself the chance to appreciate every little progress, anything is possible.

10. However, something that the internet lacked was the hands on experience that formal training offered.

11. I spent hours in the gym daily trying to achieve that perfect physique that a lot of us desire.
