3. Identiverse is an event that started as a small gathering of identity industry professionals and leaders in Keystone, CO back in 2010.

4. So on June 21, 2017, our founder, Andre Durand, announced the new Identiverse name during his keynote in Chicago (watch the announcement here).

5. Our growing community of delegates, speakers and sponsors told us that we needed to embrace this evolution.

6. Identiverse may be our new name, but CIS will live on in the core of what we do.
