3. You must be a Chain Effect PT patient to gain access.
4. This app integrates with your iPhone's Health app to read daily step count data allowing your provider to monitor your activity.
5. On the 'Messages' tab, you can securely communicate with your Chain Effect PT provider.
6. Prefer a language other than English? Go to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to pick another language option.
7. If you need to book an appointment, please go to the 'Appointments' tab for more info.
8. On the 'Awards' tab, you can track these items.
