2. Lula Assistant is the easiest way to manage your inventory and directly create beautiful collages from your images.

3. Lula Assistant subscribers will also have first hand access to our new tools that are all geared towards helping you successfully sell more products.

4. Our easy to use import feature allows you to easily add in images, size, and product names from your photo library, camera, or your existing inventory images.

5. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

6. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

7. Lula Assistant is not endorsed, promoted, or associated with LuLaRoe or any other Fashion company.

8. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

9. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
