2. i-Merchant is the sub-app of i-Neighbour app, the cloud-based residential & visitor management system, that provides a platform for merchants to promote and sell their products and services to the surrounding communities.
3. The advantage of having the i-Merchant App integrated with the i-Neighbour App is that it provides seamless, hassle-free and convenient process, from receiving to delivering orders to customers.
4. Once the order has been placed, a merchant will receive a QR code for the delivery guy to verify himself and access to the neighbourhood.
5. Through i-Neighbour App, residents of a neighbourhood can view and and search for services such as restaurants, laundry, convenient stores, online shopping, and etc.
6. - Receive a QR code for a quick access to a neighbourhood to complete a delivery process.
7. The system will also notify security guards about the incoming delivery through a QR code.
