3. • To provide ease in case of emergency for treating the patient with chronic disease.

4. • To make the treatment procedure well aware and easier by keeping the complete health history.

5. It believes that all the health information is people’s assets and they should be well preserved.

6. • To make National Cancer Hospital secure in case of any medical emergencies and for medico-legal cases.

7. • To improvise data interchangeability between organization and inhance patient care.

8. This can be very helpful especially in the case of emergency and disasters.
