3. Except for guidance describing IOM’s internal management and administrative processes, the content of the manual is publicly available, allowing it to be used as a resource by all humanitarian stakeholders.

4. The IOM Emergency Manual is designed to provide practical, operational guidance to IOM staff working in emergency contexts.

5. Enabling IOM update, modify and share content as soon as it is available.
