5. The application’s reporting function will enable doctors to follow the evolution of their patients’ angina attacks over time.

6. Angina is a pain or discomfort in the chest.

7. The information contained in this application should not be taken as medical advice or construed as medical recommendation.

8. Angina usually is a symptom of coronary heart disease (CHD).

9. This application cannot be used to contact emergency services.

10. This application is not a diagnostic tool and is not intended for therapeutic use.

11. If chest pain persists, emergency assistance should be sought immediately.
