2. Sync your favorite device or track with this app, and earn rewards for your activity.

3. Watch Movecoach adjust your plan to keep you on track.

4. This app also integrates with HealthKit so that HealthKit data can be synced to your Movecoach training log.

5. Join the Movecoach Moves challenge powered by Movecoach.

6. Access real coaches for support and see the program adjust with your progress.

7. Earn recognition and rewards for your movement progress.

8. See yourself on the leaderboard and show off your activity to co-workers.
