1. The IBM Digital Assistant application allows IBM's customers to identify and digitally interact with key subject matter experts within IBM through a variety of mediums.

2. • Interact with IBMers through a variety of methods including call, text, email, Live Chat and video calls.

3. Please note that to use the IBM Digital Assistant app you will need to have an IBM ID and be provisioned to use it.

4. • Create and send Live Chats to a group of users.

5. • Keep track of all interactions made with IBMers.

6. For more information on this please speak to your IBM Digital Sales representative.
