1. If you have trouble saying "No", this app will help you train yourself to decline, reject, turn down, refuse, eliminate, veto, rebuff, and otherwise dismiss those things that you don't need to put energy into, so that you can experience the freedom of having enough margin to do important things.

2. I built this app because I found myself overcommitting, and knew that to be more productive, I didn't really need another "to-do" list, but that maybe what I really wanted was a "Not-to-do" list.

3. It really is amazing how liberating it is to type in something that you've been waffling over and push the big green permission-giving button to "Choose No".

4. I needed to simply practice the art of choosing to say "No" to some things, so that I can have the time and energy to spend on what I truly value.

5. Learn to choose "No", so that you can be free to choose "Yes".
