1. Colleges or universities can identify the students or staffs via their phone numbers as the users of the mobile app has to verify themselves via SMS verification process.

2. Colleges or universities can then choose to send different messages to students or staffs based on their identities.

3. Students and staffs can use mobile app to receive notifications with push notification alerts from their colleges or universities.

4. Colleges or universities can also upload to our system with the phone numbers of their students or staffs.

5. Connecting all students to their colleges and universities.

6. Users unknown to the college/university will be treated as the general public and will be sent different messages accordingly.
