5. After presenting and reviewing the Orca Care information, the provider sends a HIPAA secure digital Orca Care Plan to the patient.
6. Free users can browse the app to get a feel for it, and send care plans to themselves to get an idea of what their patients will experience.
7. Providers can annotate any of the care plan content to customize it specifically for the patient.
8. To experience the other features of the app, users are required to start a free 1-week trial subscription.
9. The Orca Care app is free to download.
10. Orca Health cannot cancel, edit, renew, refund or otherwise manage your subscription.
11. These surveys provide valuable feedback to the provider to help improve their practice and the patient's outcome.
