Review and complain

Some enhancements needed : I have some concerns as an advanced user, I am feeling dissatisfied from the support team as I had an issue with the app and opened a ticket and the support team did not feed back me with the issue's status. The issue was that suddenly I found my account plan is limited although I am advanced user and the app did not accept any new edits as in the limited plan it is allowed only minimum number of activities and goals. I searched in the supported blogs and found that that I have to retrieve purchases. After doing that I suddenly discovered that my data : goals, ideas, activities and all plans that I worked on for more than 2 weeks are gone!! And I really trusted the app and did not have a reason to take a backup, I trusted the quality of the support team and the quality of response as this app leaded by Brian Tracy and I am a big fan of him and his ideas and concepts. After opening the ticket, the support team was supposed to feed back me if my data can be retrieved or not. And they replied that their engineers will work on the issue and feed back me. To solve my problem, I worked again on my plans and goals and wasted a lot of time that I can use in upgrading my goals and plans. So I do not need their reply any more. But I am talking about customer service and how they treat advanced users and how they value their participation!! I am really disappointed to have this kind of treatment, at least reply on my request or let me know that this is a bug and will be fixed afterwards!!! However, the reason Why Goals' wizard is helpful ? It is a very nice app to plan your life based on your values and beliefs. It is really helpful to track your daily activities and track your progress daily, weekly and monthly. It makes it easy for you to reflect on your day and to find a confined place to save your daily ideas, concerns and questions. Helps you to remember your needed Immediate actions.
