Good game but there is a problem

Look this is a very hood game and i like it but there is a problem happened yesterday with me what happened is that after i completed the online season and i was from the top 5% and waiting for the reward but i didn’t take my right reward which is ares and 100k but i only took 30 k .... I rechecked my rank in the last season and found that it was from the 5% ..... is there is any help !???

Good but bad

It’s an amazing game, I like it a lot and playing it for years but the problem is whenever there is a new update always there is a new problem V3.0 with iOS 12, after choosing the characters it do not start any game and turn the game off!!!!???
