Good service

I tried the app and the service twice today. Generally, i had an experience better than I what had in mind. It works very well if u r not really in a hurry as a taxi might take up to 30 min to reach you. Drivers need to receive clear directions from management not to turn the meter on upon receiving the request. One of the two drivers actually claimed they were instructed to do so but he didn't mind resetting the meter upon receiving the correct instruction over the phone from management. I be Eve it's a good start and it will get even better as number of users as well as taxis increase.

Some Drivers' attitude

My last ride was excellent. The driver was polite and well aware of the roads. Besides, and most important, he had good communication skills and common sense. Yet, for this last ride I had to call for taxi twice because the first driver bargained me for the distance, saying he will take 1.5 the fare since the destination was in Abou Rawash. He was trying to convince me that was the company's instructions re errands outside Cairo!! I refused and canceled the ride then called for another one. Surprisingly enough the other one was totally different, that the driver gave me a receipt of the fare paid and didn't ask for an extra piaster.

Working well. Needs some updates

It's working well. Sometimes I get an error after taxi is assigned and crashes. After taxi arrives, if I close app then reopen it, taxi assigned doesn't appear again so I can't add my review for the experience. When requesting a taxi, destination should be a mandatory input

Service was awful

I didn't like the service, the taxi was in bad condition, air condition was so bad, driver couldn't speak well Arabic or even English, when I asked for the fare in kilometers , he argued that he didn't have the calculating device and fare would be estimated!! Service was highly expensive, I'm sorry to say that but it was really so bad experience! Pls rethink about the service because it needs many improvements! Taxi was in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
