Delivery problems - Talabat Go drivers

Endless problems with app Go drivers. This time, driver was a thief, took my money an ran away without delivering the order. I kept following app customer service for 5 hours to get my money back and they didn’t. I reported the theft to ROP. Very disrespectful unfortunately. “app Go” drivers who are part of app company are horrible and the worst in the country. Don’t speak English or Arabic and don’t even know how to use the application in their hand. An absolute mess. app company make very good money from delivery charges, why are you trying to cut cost by bringing completely unqualified drivers??

Worst customer service ever

The order came completely different, and when I contacted their customer service they said they will exchange it with the right one. After 45 min. I contacted again to ask why the delay? And apparently they did not re-order it, and when complained their representative ended the session from his side. I will cancel this app and use better ones
