Very bad experience

We were a group of 17 people. We got really shocked once we arrived to the hotel (I actually can not call it a “hotel”), it is just BB. There was no reception but just a “ONE FLOOR” hotel in a very old building. That building has a very very tiny elevator that can only have 2 persons at most with no bags. We found only 2 apartments (In that floor) with 4 ensuite rooms in. A guy was waiting to accommodate us. He was really unfriendly. Family rooms were so tiny for 4 people and I can tell that the photos we saw before we book gave us a very different impression regarding size.. we really suffered a lot. Breakfast included was just another big lie. It was just a piece of toast and one slice of cheese for each person, tea and juice that’s it. We left such unbelievable breakfast and went to have a proper one in a nearby cafe. The safe box was not working in many rooms and they said “sorry we can’t do something about this” There was no security in the whole building and u need to lock all doors and even the main building door everytime you get in and out. The towels and the bed sheets are a not suitable for using , there was wholes in both of them . I don’t recommend this hotel at all. The money I paid there could be paid in another much much more better hotel in the same area.

Arabella hotel

I am leaving tomorrow morning because the room has steps to get to bed and out of bed also the room has a step to the balcony and and out of it.i asked to change the room because i can fall down but they told me that all the rooms have steps inside it. So I am leaving tomorrow for my safety as I am old and I have a bad knee. I thank you for your help

You have many options to choose what is more convenient for you, then in one click you have your reservation. Real photos for properties. Available customer service. All instructions and payment method or cancelation are listed. I am enjoying using the app since years
