Healthy life helper

This is a great app which helps me lose weight and maintain healthy food intake in same time , I can eat anything I like bit in the App target range that keeps me on weight lose plan , still making diet but with ur choice :) , and u will find urself by time giving away unhealthy habits in eating Highly recommend and it gives u a healthy , no return back , weight lose plan , even it's a slow plan , but it's healthy and recommended if u want to lose weight once and for all

I really love this app
