1. In addition to implementing math rules in generating sequences of numbers for relaxation of the brain, this app provides you with a functionality to automatically decrease the Volume, Pitch, and Rate in the voice and increases the Time Delay between each number and the number after that in the sequence of numbers.

2. By reaching the end of the sequence, the Rate, Volume and Pitch of the voice will also reach their lowest values and the Time Delay between the numbers reaches its maximum value.

3. By using the provided sliders and buttons, you can adjust the Pitch, Gender, Rate of the voice and the Time Delay between reading of each number and the next number in the sequence.

4. If you are listening to this app for this purpose, deactivate the functionality of automated decrease in the Pitch, Rate, and Volume so your brain stays awake and follows a steady pace in predicting and listening to the numbers as app reads them.

5. As it is explained in the following paragraphs, the app automatically decreases the Pitch and Rate in the voice until reaching the last number in the sequence of the numbers.

6. You can close your eyes, predict and imagine the next number in the sequence which will be displayed and read by the app.

7. In this way, you can imagine the picture of the number and predict and visualize the next number of the sequence in your head silently.

8. Thinking about and listening to the numbers makes your brain to stay busy enough to not be distracted by the ambient noise.

9. The app starts displaying and reading 100, 95, 90, 85, ..., 0 with an adjustable Pitch and Rate in the voice.

10. The number that is being read is also being shown on the screen and turns to the red color upon being read audibly.

11. You can either read the number in your head or just imagine a picture of its digits, or both.
