1. If you are fighting for breath or experiencing worsening breathlessness, having symptoms of a heart attack or stroke, have recently had a fit or seizure, or are experiencing a serious mental health crisis with suicidal intent please contact 999 or 111 as appropriate.
2. GP&Me is a free App which provides secure, live video consultations with your NHS Clinician (such as a GP, Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Pharmacist) via your smartphone.
3. Arrange a consultation with your surgery receptionist in person or over the phone, and check upcoming appointments via the App.
4. The GP&Me App is free to download and is available from the Google or iOS App Store.
5. To create your account simply register with your surgery receptionist and activate via the confirmation message.
6. Sign into the App when it’s time for your appointment and click ‘check-in’ to notify your GP that you are ready.
7. *Your local GP may not currently offer GP&Me services.
8. Your GP will then initiate the consultation and you will be able to join the call.
9. Ask at your practice to find out if this service is available to you.
10. Easy access to your NHS Clinician wherever you are in the UK.
11. *GP&Me appointments are for non-emergencies only.
