Sign in critical bug

I’m trying to login through the app using my credentials using WLAN/Data and can’t login because there’s popup that displayed saying that there’s no internet connectivity please try again later , please fix this critical bug.

Horrible

First of all, the application is very glitchy. Should’ve known right from the start that its going to be a horrible experience, the bus is very unorganized and no one is sitting in their correct seat. In my situation, I reserved seats 2 and 3 for my friend and I. It wasn’t until sometime later when I got on the bus and I saw strangers sitting in my seats and they refused to move. Moreover, the pickup stations and time are very inaccurate. In addition, the A/C seems to be not working and its burning like hell. Wouldn’t recommend it for anyone.
