2. The IPF Points app allows you to compare your powerlifting total against all bodyweights, genders and types of competition.

3. Our design makes it very easy to toggle between genders, metric vs imperial, raw vs equipped, and competition type (e.g. 3-lift powerlifting vs bench-press only).

4. The newly created IPF points system is a replacement of the Wilks formula for the International Powerlifting Federation.
