The booking process was very smooth and the interface is very user friendly. However, after only one experience, I don’t think I will be riding app any time soon. I got to my pickup destination early and went out into the street looking for the car. The location was MUST, which is a huge area, but nothing else was specified. I also had no way of contacting the driver. I tried to look for him according to the map on the app but I couldn’t find him. I went up and down the whole sidewalk of MUST and I checked on the other side and couldn’t find him. And then I missed the bus. I’m not sure what I’m expected to do in this situation. I can’t just know where the car is on my own with no directions or help from the app or the driver.

Usability is getting worse

I should say it is easier to use than UberBus, but still far behind SWVL. We don’t have a way of contacting the driver, and some of them are very aggressive regarding waiting time, sometimes i am just crossing the street behind the bus, and still not able to ride it! Also, lately boarding pass is only accessible when the bus arrives, i saw many just showing the driver the phone as they can’t figure it out! Lastly, no clear timetable yet, I can’t rely on it, a couple of times, I waited for it for half an hour, knowing that it was every half an hour at that time according to bus line schedule, yet it wasn’t. Still I should say, used route for the bus line i use is the shortest for me, and it is often cheaper than SWVL ;)

Not Recommended Application

One of the worst and the most stupid application I’ve ever used, for more than couple of months an error appears every time I book a trip and I’ve sent print screens on a daily basis almost more than 50 times asking for a help but unfortunately without any response. I don’t know for how long I should wait for their feedback. This is not logic to call the CS every morning to book a trip.

lots of bugs

Very good service but the application has deficiencies - cannot send an email for customer care - cannot book a ride the previous day - cannot easily search for a location on the map
