2. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited once you purchase a subscription.

3. All payments will be charged to your iTunes Account after purchase and when the subscription auto-renews.

4. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. Missiles is free to download and play; however, some game items can also be purchased for real money.

6. Cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
