A problem in the game after the first ever mission

That woman that comes in the tutorial goes to the weapons page and points at a shotgun and tells me that it is ready to be crafted, but it is not because the shotgun needs 60cards which i don’t have any of it.i press on craft and a menu appears to tell me to open pack and i do it but i get back again from that pack menu and then the screen turns black and then i have to open the game again and the same things i said happen again and again,please fix

Game size

The game size only 52 m and the game gaves me black screen every time i try to get out tl lobby after the package in the beginning of the game
