Terrible customer service

I made an order for my baby a month ago and didn’t hear anything why the shipping has been delayed. Asked customer center and they said One Item is out of stock. And the rest was held in a warehouse for a month. They lied. When I check the status, it had tracking number and was delivered to a certain location. I request cancellation for all items because I do not want to give my baby something kept in a warehouse a month. the app said I have to pay round shipping fee if I want to cancel all. This is absurd. This is the app’s fault and they don’t want to loose any penny.

Terrible interface. Wish I can give it zero stars

Absolutely one of the worse apps ever! Not user-friendly at all. I can’t even get past the address input section to submit my order because I keep on getting an error message saying that the page is no longer available.
None of the item categories are clearly marked. It just feel like an app a twelve-years old wrote for a school project.

Cant get past payment screen

This seems to only happen when using foreign cards. After inputting information and clicking submit my order, it just goes back to the top of the page. No matter what i try im stuck in this constant loop.

English version not available in KRW???

I just installed the English version of this App. I live in Korea, shipping is set to Korea but there is no way to select KRW as the currency? The Dropdown-Menu does not contain a choice for Korean Won. This is absurd. Please change this to allow us foreign residents in Korea to properly use this app. I don’t want to pay in US Dollars or any other foreign currency.
