Install New Note Notebook - Draw Memo app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using New Note Notebook on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "New Note Notebook"
- The search will reveal the New Note Notebook - Draw Memo app icon. Open, then click "Install".

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use New Note Notebook,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "New Note Notebook" » then Click "Install".
- New Note Notebook - Draw Memo will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Some features don’t work

I enjoyed the app at first but then when I wanted to add photos from my library to draw/write on, the photos would not load. So I made the decision that maybe I needed to purchase the $3.99 app so that I can have full access to uploading photos. Well, that made no difference and I was disappointed that my photos still wouldn’t work. Come to find out, the app will upload photos that you’ve taken directly on your iPad but you cannot upload screenshots. I will probably look for another app that allows photo inserts

I ignored the Reviews and Gave it a Chance

Bad idea. I wanted to give this app a chance because it looked really cute on the previews but it’s a terrible app. It needs so much patching and work I’m very disappointed.
- Pictures still definitely don’t upload (as of Sept 2019)
- The writing feature with the pens is out of whack and eventually stops following your finger or Apple Pencil
- There’s no way to type at all
