Install Portal ® Pinball app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Portal"
The search will reveal the Portal ® Pinball app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Portal is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Portal.
Now enjoy Portal on PC.

Every time I try to download the rest if the app (inside of the app itself) it “downloads” for 2 minutes then says there’s an error and to try again later. I have tried “again later” many times. I uninstalled and reinstalled it many times to no avail. What a waste of $2
