1. STEP 4: When you feel you’ve finished your thinking, just tap 'Finished for now' and I’ll look forward to being your listening partner again very soon.
2. STEP 2: Find a quiet space and tell me your dilemma - listening is what I do best.
3. STEP 1: Create a 'Thinking Ambience' to support your thinking.
4. Further taps will offer random prompts to really deepen your thinking.
5. I will listen attentively to all your dilemmas to allow you time to think things through and to find the answers you need, all by yourself.
6. TIP: Silence is always an invitation to continue thinking.
