Install Russian Bible - Offline app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

Works offline!

Well one of the pluses is the fact the audio works offline. I just downloaded this app because I was looking for audio of this app that would work offline. I will not be using this app because of the below. Couple things I suggest be improved:
1. The female voice of the reader is whiny and not pleasing to listen to. Also it's very monotonous.
2. The audio is not correct to the chapters in revelations. The book should have 22 chapters but instead it's 12 and the book doesn't even contain the right chapters. Instead it reads audio and text from the Old Testament. Not sure if the rest of the app is inconsistent and incorrect like this as well.

Is it a Bible app? Probably Not, because of Google adds you will be not able to open the last book of Bible. Shame.
