  • Room for improvement.

    By Xandri_Kat (Pcmac user)

I love this app for the ability to track my symptoms rather easily, especially food and the little diary of sorts. However, the interface could certainly improve. The location services do not connect for me at all, and the “chat” social tab really doesnt work. I frequently cant go back to the home chat page once Ive clicked on the posts, if I can get the full post to open at all that is. Id also really appreciate the ability to select what tags Im following, not just go based off my symptoms list because alot of people who have the same symptoms as me arent having them for the same reason. I would love to see these improvements in the future, but for now the app is still very nice and does its core function of tracking rather well.
  • Absolute Must Have for People with Chronic Illness/es

    By Fefe10 (Pcmac user)

Couldn't be more happy with this app. Completely customizable to your life and illness. Track your symptoms- rate them daily. Track your treatments- your meds, therapies, techniques for pain relief like heating pad or hot bath and so on. The more detailed the better! It has helped me figure so much more about my illnesses, triggers, and more. It’s helped me work better with my doctors to achieve better treatment results. I have a very rare and complicated and potentially deadly disease, Adrenal Insufficiency with documented Adrenal Crisis (on top of other illnesses) and this app is helping to change my life for the better.
  • Has potential- not quite there yet

    By okaykat231 (Pcmac user)

I wish the app would allow you to go back in to your symptoms and food “check-in” more than once a day since symptoms often change throughout a day. I’m 26 and I don’t think that the layout of the app is very user friendly, although I am still figuring it out. The weather tracker doesn’t work (I’ve tried zip codes, typing in cities and full addresses) and I’m also unable to log in on my iPad, I keep getting an error that the password is incorrect, but I’m using the same log in info I used on my phone.
  • Do not rely on this as data gets corrupted

    By g8 NSA (Pcmac user)

I take about 30 different medications to treat Lyme and Bartonella. I thought this would help track medications and symptoms. What I have found when I download data is that the data is corrupted. I change protocols based on symptoms, often on a weekly basis. The downloaded data, which I was relying on to present to my Doctor, does not accurately track changes in my protocols. At one point two weeks ago, my data completely disappeared....then magically a couple of days later it reappeared. I have emailed App developer several times to address issues. Basically if you are relying on this app to track data, I do not recommend it.
