Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Zoom Driver"
The search will reveal the Zoom Driver app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Zoom Driver is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Zoom Driver.
Now enjoy Zoom Driver on PC.
