If you want to install and use the Walking Dead: Road to Survival app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use this app for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Walking Dead: Road to Survival in the search bar and press Search. Click on Walking Dead: Road to Survival application icon. A window of Walking Dead: Road to Survival on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!
The steps to use this app for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. The links are provided in step one

Download on Andriod, Iphone
Free On iTunes
Download Android

Thank you for reading this tutorial. Have a nice day!

  • Not bad for what it is.

I have been playing this game for a little less than a month and have spent maybe 10 whole dollars on it and I am now number four in the gold league for my region. And depending on what has happened since the last time I looked at least in the top 20 for survival Road for the same. I bring this up because all of the people who are whingeing about how you can’t get anywhere unless you pay lots and lots of money are FOS. I will let you figure out that acronym. You don’t have to pay to play with this one you just have to play smart. A little money doesn’t hurt but based on the gameplay I have experienced it isn’t necessary either. And I say this as someone in the industry that works for a competitor that thinks they found a better balance In between rewarding the people who pay and thus pay their salaries and letting the people without money play and still enjoy it. It is a good game. That I got sucked into because one of my kids said oh you’ll like this one even though I hated the TV show but he knew I like the comics and he was right. Give it a shot. No one is making you spend money… So play it without doing that and see

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING ANY OF THIS COMPANIES GAMES. Only way to compete in this game is to pay hundreds of dollars for a “chance” at their premier toons. People recently watched as all the money they spent became worthless when 6 Star characters were brought into the game. So the people who spent $$$ thousands $$$ of dollars to make a great five star team have now realized all the money spent was for nothing since 5 Star characters are now garbage. So go ahead and spend tons of money just to have the company update the game and make what you spent money on worthless. And the lies they told when they did this saying 6 Star characters would only be available via ascension was a huge lie since they throw out 6 Star premier characters twice a week but then they tell their players they don’t have enough developers to make some of the 5 Star characters in the game ascendable. So if you want to compete you need to spend $100 to pull 40 toons and you’re only guaranteed ONE 5 Star character which did I mention 5 Star characters are now garbage? There’s tons of glitches as well that they don’t fix or compensate their players. You can message game support with a glitch that cost your or your faction stuff and they will NEVER compensate you. So much for the PLAYER FIRST attitude that was promised back in July. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS GAME OR COMPANY. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT PROFIT.
  • Sub par game with awful community

    By coriell
While this game is a walking dead spin off of similar games to the Star Wars galaxy of heroes, DCs legends, and the marvel one with an “assemble squad” gameplay mechanic, it does it in a much worse fashion. While in the other games there is a way to make most if not all toons viable this game locks what can be made into end game material behind chance draws (see ascendables). And while it does have its redeeming qualities at times, the main problem this game faces is its lack of control over the community. If it weren’t for the community the game would probably be maybe 4 or 3 stars but the community is among the most toxic I’ve ever come across. They claim there is a system to deal with the behaviors but this game is plagued by hackers and many people who have the manners of a middle schooler trying to act cool to his friends. There is a report feature, however what it takes to have someone actually take action is unknown as I was told to kill myself and told I looked like a slave and their accounts were untouched. Seeing as how a key aspect of this game is social interaction, having such awful things being spewed out on a daily basis is quite condemning of its success. TL DR: unimaginative reskin of common squad assembly games with slightly more anti consumer techniques and one of the worst communities around.
  • Becoming even more Pay to Win

    By Barker5676
They seem to continue to get greedier and greedier the longer that I play. While I can not deny that this game is really fun, Scopley craps on its playerbase by charging outrageous amounts of real and ingame money in order for almost any progress to be made while at the same time only giving a 1% chance to pull the “featured” toon which I have found to also be a lie since I am currently sitting on pulling 126 times while getting a worthless 4* toon 118 of those times and a almost equally worthless non ascendable 5* toon the other 8 times. My honest opinion on this game is this. Only play this game if ur absolutely sure u won’t spend money on it. That way you will get bored of how hard it is to make any progress in this game without paying actual money. I feel that I’m only playing anymore to get my “money worth” although I keep finding myself buying more of their over priced offers so I can actually obtain the items I need to make the game playable. They got me hooked on this game and throwing away lots of money with almost nothing to show for it. I would HIGHLY suggest everyone stay away from time game. It’s extremely hard to walk away from once it gets its claws in you.

  • Definitely Pay to Win, still a great addictive game

    By Geo2lite
One of my biggest fears for this game is it closing down, it has such a great concept and its set in the walking dead universe. Its pay to win because you needa spending money on wheels that have over powered characters to helping you defeat other players, and the chances of getting them are literally 0.1% out of thousands of characters already in the game. Been playing since it first came out (3 years ago) and sadly i spent enough to own 4 cars, but nether the less, its a great game, just be careful to not get sucked in like me. 2 stars for being great, minus the three for being over the top pay to win. Stay away!
