Download and install the Circa³ – Time Zone Converter app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:

- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Circa³:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.

✔ Pros:
- Unique feature of being able to drag the time hand and see what time it will be in different time zones.
- Clean and informative graphic interface.
- "At a glance" UI is helpful.
- Custom labels for cities and customizing colors would make it even better for global projects and teams.
☹ Cons:
- The app gets confused and places the rings way below the 24-hour clock hand, which requires a restart to fix.
- The auto-set location feature is not accurate and picks places that are far away.
- The rings don't get narrower to squeeze in more cities, making it difficult to add multiple locations.
- If you're right-handed and move the needle, your hand covers the times.
- Needs more user research and design iterations to make it more user-friendly.

Nice idea but poorly executed

the auto set your location is terrible picking places that are literally 3hrs away yet my mobile device knows my location for weather and mapping, so how can this get it so wrong?
If I want a meeting with people in 5 countries I can’t add them in because the rings don’t get narrower to squeeze them in.
Really really nice idea, but needs some user research and then a few iterations of design in practical user situations observing the tweaks necessary to make it a delight. This could be a winner if the work is put in.

Exactly What You Are Looking For

Tired of standard international clock apps? Anyone can tell me what time it is NOW, but what time WILL it be there, when I’m available for that meeting here? And vice-verse.
Clean, informative, graphic interface. Does exactly what I want. Drag the time hand and see what time it will be everywhere that you care about. Perfect for setting up international meetings.
My only two quibbles:
- A toggle between standard and military time.
- An option to assign my own color choices.
But, again, quibbles. Still gets the 5 star for functionality and execution. Worth the price of admission!

Great App

Great app. Clean design. Just two features/options would make this even better (1) be able use custom labels against the cities (i.e. team names and their respective cities/office hours) which would allow to layer multiple teams even within the same city and (2) customise the color.
This would make this the perfect meeting facilator for global projects and teams.

Great tool for travelers and global teams

I really liked the “at a glance” UI. One problem with the version I’m using: it gets confused and places the rings way below the 24-hour clock hand. A restart of the app fixes this, but it happens all the time. It needs fixing.
