Chromecast still disconnects!

Even after latest update Chromecast still disconnects. Turn off the screen or switch to another app and back and there’s no more connection to chromecast within the this app app, even tho video still plays on tv. So in order to watch next episode I have to reconnect to chromecast.
Also, after update, episode numbers are not visible in the list below the playing video (at least on iPhone X).
Please fix the chromecast problem, I wanna connect to it once and just enjoy whatever show I’m watching on autoplay.
