1. At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, our doctors, nurses, and specialists work as a team to give patients the best possible care.

2. To support our patients and caregivers during this process, we offer access to a patient portal, MyMSK.

3. You can create a MyMSK account on the MyMSK app or at my.mskcc.org using your enrollment ID.

4. To get an enrollment ID, please ask your doctor’s office or call our Help Desk at 800-248-0593.

5. • Save appointment details to your calendar on your mobile device.

Install MSK MyChart app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MSK MyChart"
The search will reveal the MSK MyChart app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MSK MyChart is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MSK MyChart.
Now enjoy MSK MyChart on PC.

- The app is very helpful and useful.

- The calendar feature is great for keeping track of appointments.

- The app is regularly updated to fix issues.

- The latest update caused an issue with appointment reminders.

- The Symptoms section has been removed, causing disappointment and distress.

- MSK Engage, the replacement for the Symptoms section, is unclear and difficult to find information about.

- The app does not have a feature to download appointments to the iPhone calendar.

I'm extremely disappointed and distressed that the Symptoms section has been dropped. I can't find (google) or figure out what the app Engage is, which they say is how symptoms will be managed. It's still good to have the Calendar with appointments.

I think the only function missing is to download your appointments to your iPhone calendar so you don’t have to open the app to check. Add this feature and it’s 5 stars.

Love the app and it's been very useful. Glad to see MSKCC has spent the time and money to put one out. Currently after the latest update it keeps giving me an appointment reminder and I can't do anything else with the app. Because of that I've knocked it down a star. Update: They fixed the issue fairly promptly. Bumping up to 5 stars.
