Not working at all

I just downloaded this app onto an IPhone 8s and there is zero functionality. The app launches but no menu choices. Just a square icon in the middle of the screen that does nothing when I touch it. Very disappointed.

Doesn't currently work

Just bought this only to discover the app stalls on the opening screen. This is true for both iPhone and iPad on the latest iOS. I want my money back. Or fix it really soon.
