Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "New York Scanners"
The search will reveal the New York Scanners app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once New York Scanners is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including New York Scanners.
Now enjoy New York Scanners on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use New York Scanners,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "New York Scanners" » then Click "Install".
- New York Scanners will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

NY scanner does not work at all I just bought it and I live in the app York and no police or fire department or alerts even work nothing at all do not buy this app.
Do not buy!!!

I just got the app and tried to see FD and PD Staten Island scanner AND IT DIDN’T WORK. It has one job and doesn’t do it!!
