Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Web MIDI Browser"
The search will reveal the Web MIDI Browser app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Web MIDI Browser is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Web MIDI Browser.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »

Awesome idea! It’s insane that this is still not implemented on iOS, but is on every other browser. Personally, I feel apple is intentionally holding back the the app so it can get its 30% cut of apps in the App Store.
No longer working, needs updating

Enable SysEx in settings and it work like a charm. Updating a 16n works at least
