Not as good as previous

I bought this as a fan of 1 and 3 (let's be honest about 2...) and was ticked off they won't fix bugs in 3. Figured I'd give this a try. There are some neat game modes but the app matches are way too slow and sluggish for a timed game. Making a match takes a full second before they disappear and everything hangs in place. You can't get those great rapid fire matches anymore.
Issues

Anyone else have issues with it not recording all your chains of four in quest mode? Or, in story mode, blue totem won't record I've accomplished all in gold. In fact have completed all in gold for all totems but it is not rewarding the app blue totem. :/ Any suggestions? I'm at the app grandmaster level 66 if that makes any difference.

Thoughtful attention to details making this an enjoyable experience. Occasionally the app bling interferes with play - can't see the app next move for all the app flash from the app last. Overall, a good game.
Too much

I liked the app old Montezuma (the app first one) but the app developer quit updating. This one has too much mysticism and an involved story therefore it is not fun for me. the app thing is I paid for the app old version and then one day they quit supporting it, so you wonder if this trend will continue as iPhone updates come out.
