Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Elixir Rx Solutions"
The search will reveal the Elixir Rx Solutions app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Elixir Rx Solutions is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Elixir Rx Solutions.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Elixir Rx Solutions,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Elixir Rx Solutions" » then Click "Install".
- Elixir Rx Solutions will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Won’t accept information

Won’t accept my information directly from my card.

I recently started with EnvisionRX and was happy to see an available app. My happiness ended there. For reasons completely unknown to me, the app will not accept my information and I am entering it all exactly as it appears on the membership card sent to me through the mail. I called the linked help number and was told that my policy number needed to be followed by “/01” so I dutifully tried that although the app never mentions any such need. Of course that didn’t work. The online site works fine but the app is useless to me.
No technical support!

The company has no business putting an app in the App Store if they are not going to support it. I tried to create an account as a customer using my correct info and could not do so. I called the number given for support for the app, and after 10 minutes of discussion and being on hold was told by the rep that there was no tech support and she couldn't help me. Absurd.
Easy to use

Love this app. Creating an account was easy. It lists of my current prescriptions with number of days remaining before they can be refilled. I was even able to dial the pharmacy right from the app! Very nice.
