It's definitely 4k.

This app is awesome! I experienced no bugs and the ads are not annoying. At All. The pictures are very high quality. I wish I could see them in 4k, but too bad the iPhone6s doesn't support 4k yet. There are only about 50-70 photos for each section, and only 13 types currently available. Other than that, this app was definitely worth my time.

Just says network connection failed as soon as you open it, and won't go beyond that. Deleted from my iPhone
