- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Does not work on iPhone 11 Pro

App has always been hit and miss regarding connection quality. However, ever since I have gotten the new iPhone. The app will not let me see anything live and always ends up saying the connection is not available. Please fix.
Quick fix by the developers. Now we are up and working. Thank you!

Can’t view on iPhone 11 Pro

The app opens fine to the camera windows but when I want to select a specific window to view full screen, it never allows the live view. And eventually tells me it’s offline...which it definitely isn’t. Considering how much I pay for the service, I’d like it to work.

I am no longer able to monitor my business using this app. the app has been a nightmare from the beginning. This app has always been a little useless, now it is completely useless. Live view doesn’t work at all. I get warnings on my phone that I am now unable to verify.
