App has always been hit and miss regarding connection quality. However, ever since I have gotten the new iPhone. The app will not let me see anything live and always ends up saying the connection is not available. Please fix. Quick fix by the developers. Now we are up and working. Thank you!
Can’t view live

The app opens fine to the camera windows but when I want to select a specific window to view full screen, it never allows the live view. And eventually tells me it’s offline...which it definitely isn’t. Considering how much I pay for the service, I’d like it to work.
