Install Data Monitor - Widget for 3G Internet Tracking Cellular Usage Monitor Extension for 3G & LTE app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

Good enough for now..

Okay first of all I would like to say that this app is very good at what it does in terms of keeping track of your the app usage, however I would like it a lot more if it had more customization options. If the developer of this app would take note of this, please add an option to be able to have smaller intervals of the app limits (not just .5 gb). Other than that, I really love what it does, and it is a definite 4 stars. I hate paying for anything on the App Store, but this really seems worth losing hundred pennies. Great app overall!

No option to set what date the "month" resets. Keyboard can appear and cover 'save settings' button. Unable to parse how much the app has already been used within a given period — may not have API for this: unknown if the OS allows it. Effectively does not work like the user would expect regardless of technical ability to do so.
