Install CURIO - A City Guide by Locals app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using CURIO on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CURIO"
The search will reveal the CURIO - A City Guide by Locals app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once CURIO is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CURIO.
Now enjoy CURIO on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use CURIO,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "CURIO" » then Click "Install".
- CURIO - A City Guide by Locals will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I enjoy this app because it's similar to yelp in that it helps me find things around the city to do that I would be interested in. It's like a combination of Instagram and yelp. I like using this app and would use it if it was available for my home city!

I spent a good amount of time on the app, and out the gate I liked how it allows you to connect to Facebook and launches you straight into picking what kind of preference you want when planing this trip. Next I really like getting to pick which local I wanted to guide me through planing this trip, so i get to pick people who have similar interest as I do. I liked looking through the different places in the area as well, but i was a bit confused on how to actually add it to my favorite to look through at a later time. I would also add a video section so that local people can upload video of them selves actually that these please so that we can get a vibe if we would like it or not.
