Useless

Both this app and the websites you have designed (specifically for the University of Washington) are useless! Living out of state I have to order online, but there is no size guides for any products, descriptions are not helpful, and there's only one picture of every product (people want to see what the back AND front of at least shirts look like!) I've never seen a website so poorly designed it's frustrating not to be able to support the app school by buying products from their site, but I've contacted the store directly, spoke to the manager, tried emailing BNCollege to suggest they at least add size guides and more pictures of products to the website (not rudely, I genuinely want to help so more people will order from them, including me) because every husky fan I know who lives out of state and has tried to use the retail site to buy gear has said exactly what I'm saying here and all of us have ordered our gear elsewhere because of this. This is the app last attempt to get someone to listen. You talk a big game about fan engagement and importance of a good online and app experience for Gen Z, but at least for UW, you've failed miserably so maybe fix that before you do another interview claiming to be an "expert" at something you clearly don't have a clue about.
Email verification-update!!!!!

I downloaded that app because I saw it in an email from the app school when I bought the app books. So I wanted to get it for future purchases next semester. Well I signed up and filled out everything, but it still says that I’m waiting for an email verification. I clicked the button to resend the email and a message pops up “failed” every single time I click it. It won’t let me send the verification email but overall everything else is fine....UPDATE- the app has been updated and I was able to verify the app account!
Love the App but...

I love the app! It helped me save some money on college gear however the app itself keeps changing the app birthday, I don’t know why. I emailed you guys but haven’t gotten a response, is there a way I can put the app ACTUAL birthday on the app and not have the app change it constantly? Thanks

I’ll give it 4 stars because I’m sure it works great but I haven’t been able to try it simply because it doesn’t have the app college on there. In case you’re wondering it’s missing Chaffey College and it has other community colleges just not this one.
