What is Nightmares from the Deep?

Nightmares from the Deep: The Cursed Heart is an adventure game where the player takes on the role of Sarah Black, a museum curator who is kidnapped by the infamous ghost pirate Davy Jones. In order to save her mother's life, Sarah's daughter Cory agrees to a lifelong deal with the sea devil. The player must help Sarah escape the wrath of Davy Jones and rescue Cory by exploring diverse locations, mastering mini-games, unlocking achievements, awakening mysterious statues, and gathering collections.

Game Features and Description

1. NOTE: If your game gets stuck on the “Continue to Game” screen after updating to iOS 10, please follow these steps: 1) launch the game, 2) leave the game on the “Continue to Game” screen for approximately 10 minutes to apply our online fix, 3) close the game by pressing the Home button twice and then swiping upwards and 4) restart the game.

2. After mentioning his name during a lecture, the infamous ghost pirate’s ship suddenly appears on the horizon, and Davy Jones himself breaks into the museum to kidnap Sarah and her daughter.

3. Discover surprising secrets about the otherworldly origins of the pirate’s island and awaken strange stone creatures, the guardians of Davy Jones’s memories, to delve deeper into the sea devil’s past.

4. Join Sarah in this unbelievable journey to escape the wrath of Davy Jones and rescue Cory .

5. Museum curator Sarah Black would never have imagined where her study of Davy Jones’ legend would take her.

Where have you been G5??? It's been way too long since you've given us a new game, but I'm thrilled you stopped the wait with this one!!! I absolutely loved the first 2 in this sequel and this one did not disappoint! It's got everything! 3 different types of extra items to search for throughout the game, unique and challenging mini-games, 2 different types of hidden object scenes, great story line, amazing graphics, and good voice overs. There's a hint and skip button available to help you out and a integrated map that can be used for travel. There was not a built in players guide and I found I didn't need one but if you do you can access one on Big Fish Games walkthroughs online. The main game and bonus chapter were both very long. I highly recommend buying this game!

So far this game has been great! I have the other 2 in this series, but this one is even better! I also had trouble on the "continue to game" screen, but followed directions and fixed the problem.. Just go to the "continue to game screen" and wait 10 minutes..then double click your home screen & relaunch. Problem Solved! I can't wait to see where this story goes. The HO's are challenging & the graphics are much better than "Siren".
Fantastic games! Great play and well worth it!

I love their series! I'm on the 3rd one and can honestly say these are about my favorite ever. They are long, have a good story line, a good variety of puzzles and HOS's and great graphics. All in all well,worth the money and you get a good length bonus as well as great hints and a super map that allows you to move between areas. Not much better so I think these are top notch and will look for more by this creator. A+++++

One of my faves! Story is great, graphics are awesome, puzzles are different, cool,not too hard, nor too monotonous. I had a difficult time getting the game to start after downloading it.. So I went back and clicked on support which directed me to restart my iPad.. and no problem after that.. Yo ho!
